REAL Broker Fees, Splits & Bonuses Explained

Real Broker is an agent-centric model that rewards agents that are in active production, but also seeks to be fee-friendly to agents only selling part time.

Highlights of the REAL Broker Fee Model:

  • No monthly fees

  • Even at the lowest levels of production, agents never pay more than roughly 17% of their total commission in fees.

  • Once agents cap, total fees drop significantly and most agents will only pay roughly 5-15% of their total commission in fees.

  • Once agents hit Elite status, because of bonuses, agents actually NET money and are paid back all of their splits and fees in bonuses!

Notes:

These are obviously just projections to give you an idea.

  • On average, agents hit their cap at around 5-6 closings.

  • Agents achieve Elite status typically between 25-30 closings unless they are in a high priced market and are able to sell multiple higher-priced listings.

  • Upon hitting Elite, agents receive $16,000 in stock rewards. Any additional $8,000 may be earned via the Real Cultural Award. This is typically achieved by being willing to teach an online class 1 hour per month in the Real Academy as a way to give back to the community.
